Covid-19 Notice

To our valued Co-owners and Vendors,

At this time of uncertainty, and at the recommendation of the CDC, we are taking measures to promote health conscious practices. To ensure these measures are successful, we have modified our routine practices to permit necessary assistance and services to continue. AMI staff members remain available during normal business hours and through our emergency contact system for any urgent need arising after regular business hours and we remain committed to providing superior management of the needs and concerns of your home and community.

Effective, January 1, 2021

    • Our office will remain open during adjusted office hours of 9:00am to 4:30pm; however, we will be closed to the public.
    • For those wishing to drop off payments, a payment drop box is located near the front entrance for your convenience. You may contact all AMI personnel either by phone or through email as the need may arise; email is the preferred method to ensure rapid response.
    • AMI is requesting that all in-person board meetings and all other group meetings be postponed. AMI personnel will refrain from attending in-person meetings. Electronic meeting formats are available and will be offered as a substitute to meetings traditionally held in-person.
    • Requests for all emergency or urgent concerns, and routine EXTERIOR maintenance and repairs will continue as normal, however, for your safety at this time, we encourage all Co-owners to refrain from requesting interior maintenance or repairs which could otherwise be delayed until safer conditions prevail.

Please be encouraged by the actions we are taking together as a society to mitigate these conditions as we are hopeful, they will return good results and quickly end this time of difficulty we all share.
