This is the official website of an extraordinary condominium community. Stony Ridge is located on the eastern edge of Oakland County, in the City of Rochester. Rochester has the distinct pleasure of being one of America’s top-rated small cities with plenty of scenic country ambience that surrounds us.
The Stony Ridge Board Members would like to thank everyone who attended the 2023 HOA Annual Meeting!
Great discussion, great to see everyone!
Thank you!

Rochester was the first European settlement in Oakland County when it was founded in 1818. It became part of the Avon Township in 1835 and incorporated as an autonomous city in 1967. It is mostly surrounded by the city of Rochester Hills and also borders Shelby Township to the east.
There are many advantages to living in the Stony Ridge community, including eligibility for membership in Rochester’s Older Person’s Commission (OPC), a landmark facility. The OPC provides social and educational activities, nutritional meals, senior resource services, as well as health and wellness programs to community members 50 years old and older.

We are near many cultural, educational and entertainment venues, such as Oakland University, Rochester College, the Meadow Brook Festival, the Meadowbrook Theatre, Paint Creek Center for the Arts, and the downtown library. They are all just minutes away!
Rochester also has a vibrant downtown restaurant and shopping district which is ultra-convenient! The Farmer’s Market takes place every Saturday, May through October, and features fresh produce, flowers, handmade goods, and other products from Michigan.
Because of our proximity to Macomb County, Partridge Creek and Lakeside Malls are as easily accessible as Troy’s Somerset Mall. The unique Village Mall in Rochester Hills is an added convenience, being an outdoor mall with many restaurants, book store and shops, anchored by a large department store.
There are Association activities that include breakfast gatherings, a summer picnic, a December holiday dinner and more. It’s a friendly place to reside!
The Stony Ridge Association has a Board of Directors comprised of Co-owners. These individuals volunteer their time and efforts to work with the management company in addressing the daily and long-term needs of the community. As a result of this partnership, Stony Ridge is a very well-maintained property with beautiful grounds and a fiscally sound financial plan, making it a great home and investment for Co-owners!
The Annual Meeting of the Association is typically held in May or June of each year and provides for the election of Co-owners to the Board of Directors, of which there are five (5) positions. With a few exceptions, Board meetings are held every month.
Association Management, Inc. (AMI) is the management company for the community. The AMI Property Manager is Joe Iacobelli (joei@amicondos.com) and the Property Coordinator is Amy Rowley (arowley@amicondos.com).
We ask that Co-owners, prospective buyers, and realtors acquaint themselves with the Bylaws & Rules and Regulations of the Association, and that this website is used as a resource for documents, email communication, payments, work orders and so much more!
With Best Regards!
