Atwater Commons is nestled near the corner of Lapeer Road (M24) and Atwater Street, within walking distance to the Village of Lake Orion, approximately 45 miles north of Detroit. Enjoy biking, walking and running on picturesque Paint Creek Trail or relaxing at the outdoor gazebo located in the center of the property. Atwater Commons is made up of six buildings with a total of 76 units. Condominium floorplans consist of 2-bedroom, 2-bath, ranch style units with a garden level or upper-level units with an additional loft space.
Located in Oakland County, we enjoy access to many outdoor activities, while also being able to take in the charm of a vibrant downtown area. Another feature of Atwater Common’s location is…
… is the “Paint Creek Trail” which is only a short walk from your own front door. We are at the North end of this popular walking and nature trail which can take you all the way into downtown Rochester (to the South).
Built in the mid 2000’s, Atwater Commons provides maintenance free living at its best. The building elevations and “townhome” design, provide for a very modern look and feel. There are two floor plans that offer living areas of approximately 880 (+ garden level) and 1350 square feet, making us an easy choice for a wide variety of age groups.
The Atwater Commons Association has a Board of Directors comprised of Co-owners. These individuals volunteer their time and efforts to work with the management company in addressing the daily and long-term needs of the community. As a result of this partnership, Atwater Commons is a well-maintained property with beautiful grounds and a fiscally sound financial plan, making it a great home and investment for Co-owners!
The Annual Meeting of the Association is typically held in October of each year and provides for the election of Co-owners to the Board of Directors, of which there are five (5) positions. With a few exceptions, Board meetings are held every other month.
Association Management, Inc. (AMI) is the management company for the community. The AMI Property Manager is Jim Dafoe (email@example.com) and the Property Coordinator is Shana Barrons (firstname.lastname@example.org).
We ask that Co-owners, prospective buyers, and realtors acquaint themselves with the Bylaws & Rules and Regulations of the Association, and that this website is used as a resource for documents, email communication, payments, work orders and so much more!
With Best Regards!
